Did That Just Happen? The EFC James Hird Soap Opera Just Keeps Rolling

I'm by no means have a great knowledge of classical novelists I guess Charles Dickens is one that comes to mind, the longest running soap opera in history Days Of Our Lives or Young and the Restless I don't know they both seem to have been on forever could never have come up with a story that matched the build up  and the match that was played between Freo and Essendon. The point I'm getting to is that after all the innuendo, crap whatever you want to call it within 2 days of  Essendon's game against Freo at Subiaco for the Bomber's to have kicked 1.5.11 at half time against this defensive unit and looking a absolute rabble to come out and win, I don't think Dickens could have scripted a better end, the worry I have is that this is only the pilot episode of what is likely to be an AFL soap opera which will make the likes of the Ben Cousins saga look like a Seinfeld episode, it will be a shame if Hird had to step down because player's don't come out and put on a performance like that if they don't have faith in their coach.
